Shannon is the hostess with the mostess and I mean the MOST! This house is even better than the description. You do not even have to leave the house to have a great time. The kitchen is fully stocked with any utensil, pot, pan, drinkware and more. The bedrooms are spacious with large closets and bathrooms. Two living room areas, one downstairs and upstairs. Plenty of toys for the kids and adults to play. Now for the outside fun! While the neighborhood has the houses close it is peaceful and very quite. The garage is full of outside toys, beach toys, wagons, boogie boards, floats, bikes and a paddle board. You can easily walk or drive (about 1 mile) to the public access of beach. We did not eat out but there were lots of eating places, coffee shops and shopping stores. Shannon was quick to respond to all my messages and very helpful. Our family of 10 adults, 2 kids, 1 infant and a dog had a blast!!

Words can describe how happy we are with our stay we looked at various locations, but ultimately decided on this amazing place. It had everything we desired was close to the beach, private quiet and had all the touches you could ask for from the gift basket to the beach towels, beach, chairs, umbrellas, and bikes. This location is a must.

We cannot say enough good things about our stay here! The house was immaculate, check in was a breeze, and all of the extras at the home just improved our visit that much more. Whatever we needed, it was there! If there was something that wasn’t and we forgot to bring it, the publix 5 min from the house made it so easy to get! Our family decided to pay for the extra day because we enjoyed ourselves that much. To be honest though, while everything was absolutely amazing and the hosts go out of their way to ensure you’re taken care, there was one main reason why we will 100% be back again. While on the beach, we used one of the provided umbrellas that come with your stay in the house. Well, unfortunately between the wind and something in the sand we broke the base to the umbrella. We quickly notified Shannon and told her we would pay for the replacement to which she responded that these things happen and to not worry about the replacement. 100% recommend!!! Thank you Shannon!

One of the cleanest and most comfortable places we’ve ever stayed. A welcoming basket and bikes to ride. The host is very responsive and I would 💯 recommend this place!

The home was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! We were visiting Our Marine and the home made our visit PERFECT ❤️ Shannon was very responsive. We needed a safer gate for our granddaughter and she had one delivered within an hour. Our Stay was AMAZING.

the home was beautiful and well stocked from the kitchen to the bathroom towels. we drank all the coffee and some of the tea and ate the snacks provided. everything was very clean quiet and we really enjoyed our stay although we came up to surprise the gbabies for Christmas so we didn't really venture out much as it was cold. great communication with Shannon as she is very accommodating. I thought the Keurig was broken and I contacted her and within minutes she ordered another one for us..husband pushed the thing down and it was fixed so I just put the new one in the laundry room. anyhow I can't say not 1 bad thing as everything was great...thank you for an amazing house to stay in as the kiddos loved all the games and Legos and alligator on the wall...lol... definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a great host and home!!!!! 5 stars for sure!!!!!

Fantastic home for a needed family gathering that our dog could be included in. The gracious responsive hosts helped us relax into an epic early Christmas we hope to make a recurring occasion. The set up was thoughtful and inviting, we loved every moment there. 😍

Shannon has done a great job with this home! Our grandkids so enjoyed the space and play areas and wanted to stay even longer! The thoughtfulness of Starbucks Keurig pods, some welcome treats, cleansing cloths in the bathrooms for the ladies, and all the things that many people forget.
Cleanest Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in and a great little neighborhood as well walkable to the beach!
Six stars if I could give it !

We stayed for a few days while in town for a family wedding. The home is as described, and the gift basket upon arrival was extremely thoughtful. It is well appointed with all the listed amenities. We enjoyed breakfasts at the island, and we enjoyed eating dinner at the dinner table. The Grandparents especially loved the first-floor master and walk-in shower, while the rest of us could relax in the upstairs bonus room watching our channels on the tv.
Hosts were very responsive, and instructions were clear. Great place and we would definitely stay again!

The home and property exceeded our expectations. Everything was super clean! Even the patio furniture, which is sometimes neglected at other properties, was nice and clean. I usually bring my own sheets to sleep on, but this was the first time that I actually felt comfortable sleeping on the sheets that were provided. The community was so quiet and peaceful and the home was so cozy with plenty of things to keep the kids busy (smart tv, games, books, bikes, etc). The kitchen was well-stocked with everything needed to prepare and serve meals. Also, Shannon was very kind and friendly. I was impressed with the responsiveness. Since our son has now moved to Pensacola, we definitely plan to rent this home again.
